Installation: Extract DM_HellPit.pk4 to ../Doom3/base/..
About: Ever wanted to have a death match in an arena of hell? Here you go! I had started work on this for a considerably more complex mod project back in 2006.. Eventually I dropped that project due to time constraints and better ideas... Which left me with an essentially finished Doom 3 map and nothing to do with it.. As of May 20th 2009 I got bored, started poking around my hard drive and found it setting there with nothing better to do I finished it that afternoon.
Known Bugs and Issues: For some reason the status bar on the loading screen doesn't move... Frankly couldn't be bothered to track down the problem as it doesn't adversely effect anything, just ignore it.. Does seem to cause a bit of unusual lag on the Ultra quality setting.. Again not sure why.. There are texturing errors because all of the graphical assets were created nearly 3 years ago when I SUCKED at modeling.. I cleaned it up as best I could, but it doesn't look as good as some of my other work in UT2k4 and UT3.. Wasn't worth the time and effort to redo everything, sorry..
